Our intoxicating ambiance is matched by attentive service and classic French fare, delivered with precision.
Head chef Nathan Johnson has created a produce-driven menu of honest, simple food; think chicken liver pâté, gruyère soufflé and steak frites. The seafood bar is a sight to behold- piled with prawns, oysters, lobsters and Moreton Bay bugs. And the wine list, crafted by Franck Moreau, Merivale’s master sommelier, perfectly complements the menu.
