CASTLE HILL EARLY LEARNING AND PRESCHOOL

Only About Children Castle Hill childcare centre has two large outdoor play areas, so children have plenty of space to explore, create and lead their own play. Each dedicated area has its own sandpit and vegetable garden and sits under both natural and man-made shade. Our preschool playground is home to resident chickens which the children are encouraged to care for. Our children love to recycle food scraps for our chickens, worms and compost bins! Our five age-based indoor spaces are designed, with natural elements, to encourage children to learn and grow.

We enjoy getting out into our local community through planned excursions and community activities that build on our educational curriculum and the children’s interests. At our Castle Hill childcare centre these include visits to our neighbouring Fire Brigade and supervised exploration of our large rural property. We host many community events including chicken hatching, STEM activities, reptile shows, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day functions as well as our annual Christmas Party and graduation ceremony for our school leavers.

Access to our Health Program is inclusive of your child’s enrolment at Only About Children childcare Castle Hill. This innovative program includes specialist screening and support in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Nutrition and Vision. Our nourishing daily meals are also included in enrolment. Your child will enjoy a seasonal menu, designed by a Dietitian and prepared fresh each day by onsite Cooks.

Our Oac Grow educational curriculum directly supports Nursery and Preschool aged children through the development of their growing minds. Our Only About Children Castle Hill campus is focused on giving your child a calm and welcoming environment that balances play, exploration, and learning. Our Toddler rooms are led by passionate educators who create play-based learning activities designed to provide toddler-aged children with nurturing experiences that encourage growth and development.

Our Toddler rooms are safe, supportive spaces that facilitate creative exploration. Each space is expertly designed to encourage younger children to explore, solve problems, create, construct and interact with peers.

At Only About Children Castle Hill Nursery, our passionate educators focus on laying a foundation for enduring curiosity, confidence and a love of learning. Our Castle Hill Nursery caters to the care and development needs of infants aged 6 weeks -2 years.

The Castle Hill Nursery focuses on safe sleep practices developed by qualified Family Health Nurses and Consultants. Our nursery is a safe and stimulating environment that encourages your child to explore and play and implements both structure and a nurturing environment with our exceptional caregiving and play routines.

Our Castle Hill Nursery Program includes:

Age 6 weeks -2 years appropriate indoor/outdoor learning environments.
Sleeping rooms with a focus on positive sleep practices.

Only About Children Castle Hill childcare centre is situated on a large rural property at 569 Old Northern Road, Glenhaven, just across the street from our local Castle Hill Fire Station. With plenty of onsite parking, families can enjoy a smooth drop off and pick up every visit. We are a short drive or a 15-minute walk from the gorgeous Castle Hill Heritage Park which offers a fantastic BBQ area, playground and some wonderful walking tracks. We are a four-minute drive from Oakhill Drive Public School and a seven-minute drive from Castle Hill Public School.
